Bag Care Instructions

Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or a soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

Processing Times - Bags

Each of our bags are custom-made/printed at the time of purchase. Some bags are printed and then assembled after your purchase. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for bag production.

Color Info

We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to inconsistencies of various monitors, lighting sources, digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

What is DTG Printing?

Some of our products use a process called Direct To Garment (DTG) printing. This means that the ink is printed directly into the fabric rather than sitting on top of the fabric. Unlike a vinyl pattern that lays on top of the product, DTG printing will not crack or peel. Be sure to follow the care instructions for your product to ensure you keep the colors as vibrant as the day you received them.

Cool bits of info about Direct To Garment (DTG) printing:

  • DTG is the most sustainable apparel printing option. This is mainly because being able to print a single item reduces textile waste.
  • Ink cartridges used for the printing process can be recycled.
  • The inks themselves are water based and nontoxic. They are safe for employees to work with.

Shipping Rates

Bags

We try to offer the most inexpensive shipping rates available. These rates will vary slightly based on your shipping location from the bag printer. On larger orders, free shipping will be applied. 

Bag Accessories

Our bag accessories are provided to you through a verified, third-party service. Most of these items ship from mainland China. We have worked to try and ensure the most cost effective shipping prices from this service. Due to this, some bag accessories will take extra shipping time (see Shipping Time) in order to keep the shipping costs economical.

Shipping Time

Bags

Once your bag has been produced (see Processing Time - Bags), your purchase will take approximately 5-7 business days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number once production is complete that you can use to track your purchase.

Bag Accessories

Our bag accessories are provided to you through a verified, third-party service. Most of these items ship from mainland China. We have worked to try and ensure the most cost effective shipping prices from this service. Due to this, some bag accessories will take extra shipping time in order to keep the shipping costs economical. Please allow 2-3 weeks for bag accessory shipping time.

Returns

Bags

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of our bags. Each bag that you purchase is specially created for you, even if the item has not been personalized. However, if after you receive the item, the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact Customer Care immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Bag Accessories

Bag Accessories have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Please read the details within the Returns section to understand what qualifies as a returnable item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
